Elisif Elvinsdotter – Moderator
”I’m an experienced traveler who like to discover new exciting places, but who also enjoy returning to the ones already well known. To be the moderator at Järvsö summit where we also address what I believe is the most important issue of our time – sustainability – feels amazing!”
These words come from Elisif Elvinsdotter who will guide the participants through the two intense days awaiting us at the end of August. She’s an experienced moderator and journalist who’s been an anchor on Swedish radio and TV for more than twenty years, but she’s also moderated several conferences and sessions about sustainability. She’s knowledgeable about infrastructure and city planning, lives in the city, but grew up in the countryside and is well aware of how important a thriving countryside is and how tourism often is an important piece of the puzzle.
During the years she’s been the anchor for shows like Uppdrag granskning, SVT morgon and several news shows at Swedish public TV, P1 morgon and Studio Ett (Swedish public radio), but she’s also been a traveling reporter at the TV4 show När&Fjärran.

Sofia Rasmussen
How to attract, lead and develop today’s young employees
AI, hybrid work, sustainability, and self-leadership. These are some of the trends reshaping the labor market. A young generation is entering the scene, bringing new demands on working life and leadership, while primarily longing for community, meaning, and mental well-being. What are today’s young people dreaming about when they think about the future? What matters most when they choose an employer, and what kind of development are they asking for?
Sofia builds her presentation on both global and Swedish values studies, as well as results from the surveys Youth Focus (2015–2025), in which over 16,000 people have responded to questions about values related to working life.
Sofia is a trend analyst, author, speaker, and CEO of Rasmussen Analysis. She was nominated for MySpeaker of the Year 2022 and named one of Veckans Affärer’s 101 Super Talents of 2019 in the category “Society Builders.” She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and has spent 17 years researching the labor market and people’s work-life values.

Sara Berggren is Climate Project Manager at the Swedish Tourist Association (STF), with a special focus on climate-smart travel to outdoor activities and experiences. She has over 15 years of experience in climate and sustainability work, both nationally and internationally.
Travel to and from the experience accounts for the largest share of the tourism industry’s climate emissions. Reducing these emissions is therefore one of the major sustainability challenges for the sector. STF has taken the lead within organized outdoor recreation to highlight and reduce these emissions.
At Järvsö Summit, we’ll meet Sara – in the armchair – where she’ll share insights and practical tips

Jonas Pertoft
With a passion for environmental and societal communication, Jonas Pertoft sees communication as a catalyst for real change. Through the power of words and visuals, he believes we can inspire people to move to new places, shift careers, and even help change the world.
Jonas founded the communications agency Södra tornet over two decades ago—today one of Sweden’s most experienced agencies within public interest and sustainability communication. Over the years, he has worked with some of Sweden’s largest companies and government agencies, particularly in the fields of destinations, environment, and public health.
He is a strong advocate for PR—the kind of earned media that builds trust. “Too many organisations rely solely on paid advertising to tell the world how great they are. Imagine the power of having others—credible, independent voices—tell that story for you.”
Jonas served as Chair of the Swedish PR Association for three years and has won numerous awards with his team at Södra tornet. He has also served on juries for both Swedish and international communication competitions. In 2025, he became the first Swede to receive the PRO PR Globe People Achievement Award—an international recognition of his lifetime contributions to the field.

Robert Kautsky is one of the founders and the current CEO of the communications agency Azote, which has been around for 20 years.
Azote is a communications agency with deep roots in science, striving to accelerate the transition toward a sustainable future. With the motto “Share Knowledge – Inspire Change,” they work to bridge the gap between research and society, making science useful and accessible to everyone who needs it.
Their work centers around two core areas: communicating research-based knowledge to key societal audiences, and translating science into business value by helping companies integrate sustainability into their operations.
At Järvsö Summit, Robert will co-host a breakout session. Session 2: Green Claims – what you can (and cannot) say in your communication) together with Jonas Pertoft.
More to come!
